Ingredients:
- 1 cup coriander seeds
- 25 g dry ginger
- 5 g elachi
- 5g black pepper
Steps:
- Roast the coriander seeds in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until they turn a golden color, and then transfer them to a plate.
- Roast the dry ginger, elachi and pepper over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until they turn a golden color, and then transfer them to a plate.
- After the ingredients have cooled down, grind them to a coarse texture.
- To prepare a cup of dry ginger coffee, take 2 teaspoons of the mix and add it to a cup of hot water.
- Stir well until the mix is completely dissolved.
- Optionally, you can add milk or creamer to taste.
- Enjoy your homemade dry ginger coffee!
Note: You can adjust the amount of sugar and dry ginger in the mix according to your taste preference.
